Returns Standard Return We accept returns for unopened items within 14 days of your order being placed. The buyer is responsible for the return postage and adequate packaging of the item. Return By DPD (Failed Delivery) DPD will attempts to deliver your parcel twice. Both times they will leave a calling card and you will have the ability to track, change or amend your order through the MyDPD app and online. Should the delivery fail twice with no further updates from your DPD will then return the item to us. If you would like a refund we can process this minus a £2.99 restocking charge or alternatively we can arrange for the item to be shipped again at a cost of £2.99.
