Below you find common questions and answers relating to queries regarding returns. Due to the nature of the items we sell we can only accept returns for items that are unopened.

We accept returns for up to 14 days after you receive your delivery.

Returns must be sent to our Lancaster store at the below address.

We do not currently offer a return shipping label. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are processed once unopened items are received at our Lancaster store. Should an item be received damaged or opened we are unable to process a refund.

We always recommend packaging your item securely with bubble wrap and where possible a padded envelope to ensure the item is not damaged on return.

We recommend using a tracked postage service so that you have peace of mind that the return has reached us.
