Below you find common questions and answers relating to product defects. On occasion manufacturers have unexpected complications with products. If on a rare occasion you encounter a defect please submit this by clicking the button below and member of the team will liaise with manufacturer to resolve your issue.

All our items are sent sealed but sometimes manufacturer's supply defected products. If you have received a product that isn't meeting expectations then please use the button "Submit Defect" below and the team will speak to the manufacturer about this.

Our ranges of natural vitamins and supplements can sometimes look a little different depending on the manufacturers ingredients. Manufacturers also update supplement names and packaging which may be why it looks a little different. If you believe that your product has a defect we ask you to get in touch using the "Submit Defect" button below.

If you have a bought a similar product but from a different manufacturer there can be some variance in taste. If you have purchased the same product from the same manufacturer then we would be more than happy to provide them with your feedback. Please get in touch with the button below.

If you do not like the product or the product is not what you were expecting and you're still within our returns period and the product is unopened you can return the product to us using the returns link below.

Most manufacturer print the best before date and batch numbers on the side of the bottle or container. It's important to locate this information if you are submitting a defect.
