Delivery

We use Royal Mail for our delivery service. Both state 24hr and 48hr delivery however this begins when the item is collected from our store. We aim to dispatch within 24hrs but please allow up to 48hrs in busy periods.

Royal Mail collect from us at 2:30pm weekdays. If you order late afternoon on a Friday or at the weekend your order will be dispatched the following week.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus a restocking fee. You must return your item to our Lancaster Store. 52 North Rd, Lancaster, LA1 1LT. You are responsible for the return postage and packaging.

Once we receive your return we will process your refund minus a restocking fee. You should receive your refund within 5 working days.

Deliveries are operating as normal across most of the country today. We aim to deliver to all addresses we have mail for, six days a week. In a small number of local offices this may temporarily not be possible due to local issues such as COVID-related self isolation, high levels of sick absence, resourcing, or other local factors. In those cases we will rotate deliveries to minimise the delay to individual customers. We also provide targeted support to those offices to address their challenges and restore our service to the high standard our customers would normally receive.

Taken just once a day, Prostasan Saw Palmetto capsules is a convenient and effective licensed herbal remedy containing extracts of Saw Palmetto berries, used for the relief of urinary symptoms arising from an enlarged prostate in men with a confirmed diagnosis of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) - a common condition in men over 50. Prostasan Saw Palmetto is a remedy for use in men over 18 years of age (including the elderly) who have been diagnosed by their doctors as having BPH (benign prostatic hypertrophy) also known as an enlarged prostate. Dosage of Prostasan Saw Palmetto capsules is one capsule daily with food. Do not chew the capsule. Refer to your doctor before stopping any prescribed medicine.
