USAGE

Women experiencing premenstrual symptoms: Take one capsule twice a day, morning and night. Swallow whole with a glass of water. Do not chew the capsules. As the effects of this product may not occur immediately, the capsules should be taken continuously for 3 months. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
