Lamberts Vitamin D 4000iu is a daily vitamin D supplement. Each capsule provides the body with the nutrient in the preferred,absorbable D3 form, and at the recommended strength. These small, easy-to-swallow capsules are made in the UK to pharmaceutical GMP standards.
HOW TO TAKE YOUR VITAMIN D SUPPLEMENT
Take 1 capsule daily with your main meal.
