You can manage your subscription by logging into your customer account and selecting your subscription orders.

We currently don't take automatic payments for our subscription orders however, this is likely to change in the future. For now our subscriptions are setup as draft orders and will not be fulfilled until manual payment is completed by you.

If you need to amend your subscription you can do this prior to paying.

Yes, we currently allow subscriptions to be paused should you not require a reorder on the anniversary date.

We often change product pricing depending on our cost prices. Cost prices for many of products have increased recently which may be why your subscription has changed. We also run promotional periods on our website across different manufacturers which may cause your subscription price to fluctuate. If you subscribe during a promotional period you may find your next subscription order has changed value. We are currently exploring ways to fix subscription pricing for our customers and once this happens it will be communicated to you via email.

Of course. We do not tie our customers into any contracted period, you are free to cancel your subscription any time and can do so by logging into your account.

Our subscription pricing method means that you will receive your discount on every recurring order. This discourages abuse of the system so that individuals do not place a subscription order to receive the discount on the first order and subsequently cancel further orders.

At this time we only offer 5% discount on recurring orders however we are investigating the possibility of split discounting across product lines so that our customers can get even better discounts on recurring orders. The best way to receive updates about our subscriptions is to enrol in our email marketing.


You can access your rewards and redeemed store points by logging into your account and selecting the "my rewards" link in our website footer.

Once you've redeemed your rewards points we are unable to revoke the reward. You will need to use the voucher that you redeemed.
