Every purchase from Your Health Store is dispatched on DPD Next Day delivery. This service is not guaranteed. We process online orders Monday to Saturday 8am – 4pm. 98% of our orders are delivered the next working day. If you order on a Friday after 2pm or on a Saturday, you will receive your parcel on Tuesday. If you order on a Sunday, you will receive your order on Tuesday. For Next Day Delivery your order must be placed before 2pm* *We do not guarantee next day delivery, however we endeavour to provide this service through our chosen courier DPD and do this through a subsidised service. Though we will always aim to dispatch parcels as soon as possible please allow at least 1 working day for processing. We will not refund for any failed deliveries or delayed deliveries. Himalayan Salt Lamps) 2-4 Days — £7.99 Next Day Delivery — £14.99 Free Delivery is unavailable when purchasing heavy weight items such as Salt Lamps. Returns Standard Return We accept returns for unopened items within 14 days of your order being placed. The buyer is responsible for the return postage and adequate packaging of the item. Return By DPD (Failed Delivery) DPD will attempt to deliver your parcel twice. Both times they will leave a calling card and you will have the ability to track, change or amend your order through the MyDPD app and online. Should the delivery fail twice with no further updates from your DPD will then return the item to us. If you would like a refund we can process this minus a £2.99 restocking charge or alternatively we can arrange for the item to be shipped again at a cost of £2.99. As of September 2021, DPD will attempt to delivery your parcel once before dropping the parcel at a parcel collection point. It is your responsibility to provide adequate updates to DPD once the parcel has been dispatched from us. We therefore substitute this service with Royal Mail 24 Tracked. Northern Ireland, Isle of Man We have recently reintroduced services to Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man however we are unable to offer our usual shipping services to these destinations. Currently there is a flat rate charge for these destinations as set out below.
