Niacin was the third B Vitamin discovered, which is why it is also known as Vitamin B3.  Niacin has several roles to play in your body including:

At Natures Aid, our expert nutritionists created our Niacin supplement using a form of Niacin called Inositol Hexanicotinate, this specific form of Vitamin B3 does not cause any flushing.

Each vegan friendly tablet provides a full 500mg Niacin, which will not cause any flushing.  This product is also formulated without gluten, yeast, dairy, nuts or soya, to give you the peace of mind you need when choosing your supplements.

USAGE

Take 1 tablet per day with food. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
