If you order on a Friday after 2pm or on a Saturday, you will receive your parcel on Tuesday. If you order on a Sunday, you will receive your order on Tuesday. Returns Standard Return We accept returns for unopened items within 14 days of your order being placed. The buyer is responsible for the return postage and adequate packaging of the item. Return By DPD (Failed Delivery) DPD will attempt to deliver your parcel twice. Both times they will leave a calling card and you will have the ability to track, change or amend your order through the MyDPD app and online. Should the delivery fail twice with no further updates from your DPD will then return the item to us. If you would like a refund we can process this minus a £2.99 restocking charge or alternatively we can arrange for the item to be shipped again at a cost of £2.99. As of September 2021, DPD will attempt to delivery your parcel once before dropping the parcel at a parcel collection point. It is your responsibility to provide adequate updates to DPD once the parcel has been dispatched from us. Northern Ireland, Isle of Man We have recently reintroduced services to Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man however we are unable to offer our usual shipping services to these destinations.
