We currently use Royal Mail for our standard delivery services. If you're looking for Next Day delivery this can come from a number of our Delivery Partners including Hermes, TNT, DX or Parcel Force.

Our delivery policy is based on Item Location and order value. Every purchase from Your Health Store is dispatched on DPD Next Day delivery.
We process online orders Monday to Saturday 8am – 4pm. 98% of our orders are delivered the next working day. If you order on a Saturday, you will receive your parcel on Tuesday. If you order on a Sunday, you will receive your order on Tuesday.
For Next Day Delivery your order must be placed before 2pm.

Returns
Standard Return
We accept returns for unopened items within 14 days of your order being placed. The buyer is responsible for the return postage and adequate packaging of the item.
Return By DPD (Failed Delivery)
DPD will attempts to deliver your parcel twice. Both times they will leave a calling card and you will have the ability to track, change or amend your order through the MyDPD app and online.
Should the delivery fail twice with no further updates from your DPD will then return the item to us. If you would like a refund we can process this minus a £2.99 restocking charge or alternatively we can arrange for the item to be shipped again at a cost of £2.99.

Scottish Highlands & Islands
Due to restrictions with DPD Local we are unable to offer our DPD service to the Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland. We therefore substitute this service with Royal Mail 24 Tracked.
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man
We have recently reintroduced services to Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man however we are unable to offer our usual shipping services to these destinations. Currently there is a flat rate charge for these destinations as set out below.
Northern Ireland - £9.00 (Any Order Value) (DPD Parcel 2 Day Tracked)

Unavailable Destinations
Should you reach the checkout and find your destination is currently unavailable for delivery, please call us and select Option 2 where a customer service representative will be happy to help you place your order and advise you of a delivery cost for your location.
